Payment

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.  No personal checks are accepted.  

Shipping and handling

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment, if the item is in stock.   All shipment includes insurance and delivery confirmation.  For domestic orders, options to ship via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail are available.  For international orders, shipments are made through USPS Global Express Mail and FedEx.  We cannot guarantee shipment transit time, particularly for international orders as clearance time at custom is often unpredictable.

30 day exchange or refund

We are proud of our service and the quality of our jewelry. However, we do understand the difficulties of purchasing online and extend to all our customers a generous 30-day return policy, starting on the day the product is shipped.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.  You may exchange for a different sized ring, exchange for another item or ask for a refund during this period.  The original purchase price, excluding shipping, will apply towards exchanging a new item or for a refund.  Normal shipping charges still apply to the exchanged item.  It may take up to 45 days to receive an exchanged item.  The return shipment cost of a refund/exchange will not be refunded.  Please refer to Return and Exchange Procedures below about the steps for exchange or refund.
 
To make an exchange or obtain a refund, please send the item with the original jewelry box.  The item must be in its original shape, not worn, sized, engraved, or modified.   Titan Trade has the sole discretion to determine if the item is refundable or exchangeable.  
 
General exchange or refund is not available after the first 30-day, but Titan Trade offers life-time size exchange.  See below for details.
 
 
Should you ever find your ring to be either too large or too tight due to fluctation in finger size, you may exhange the ring for a different size.  While Tungsten Carbide, Ceramic and Titanium rings cannot be resized, you can be assured that your new ring purchase will continue to provide you comfort and enjoyment for your entire lifetime.  No matter how much your finger size changes over time, our Lifetime Size program will insure that your titanium or tungsten ring will always fit comfortably. The charge is $59.00 per exchange, plus applicable shipping and handling fees. All payments are due at the time of exchange.  It may take up to 45 days to receive an exchanged item.  Please refer to Return and Exchange Procedures below about the steps for size exchange.
 
The Lifetime size exchange policy EXCLUDES the following cases:
1. All products that are not rings.
2. The returned item has defects that are the result of improper care, maintenance or repair.
3. The returned item has been damaged, engraved, or modified.
4. The returned item is no longer owned by the original purchaser.
 
If the original ring style is discontinued or not available, you may use the original purchase price toward a new style ring.  The exchange charge $59.00 still applies, plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
 
 
To ensure a smooth exchange or refund process, please follow the following steps:  
  1. Place the item in it's original jewelry box (for 30-day exchange or refund), protected by appropriate packaging such as bubble wrap.  Make sure the package does not rattle in the shipping box.
  2. Include a copy of the original receipt.  We do not process the exchange or refund without a copy of the original receipt.
  3. Download and fill in the the Exchange or Refund form to give us your instructions and payment methods.  Be sure to include it inside the package.  We cannot process the exchange or refund without the form.
  4. Use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Insure the package for full value and request a delivery confirmation. DO NOT mail items back in standard paper envelopes, as they are likely returned to you due to insufficient postage.  Titan Trade will not be responsible for lost items or theft of mail.
  5. Please do not use the words: jewelry, jewelers, diamonds or similar words on the address label due to theft.

1. Limited Warranty.
Titan Trade (Manufacturer) warrants that the Products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.  If the Products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period, buyer may return the product for exchange or refund, per the above 30-day exchange and refund policy.
2. Other Limits.
THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Manufacturer), against defects in products or components not manufactured by Manufacturer, or against damages resulting from such non-Manufacturer made products or components. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non-Manufacturer made products or components. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs have been effected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Manufacturer.
3. Exclusive Obligation.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
4. Other Statements.
Manufacturer's employees or representatives' ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
5. Entire Obligation.
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the Products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
